About Us

A traditional pub with a stately wood bar serving traditional homemade fayre and quality cask ales, wines, beers/lagers.
At the hub of the Kirkstall community and settled just across from the historic Kirkstall Abbey the West End House offers a warm friendly traditional and cosy atmosphere to all.
Established in 1867 the West End House has a long History as a Public House.
Tammy the Landlady took over from long serving Landlords Robert Trainor and Paul Gill in August 2017 after working for them for 15years.
She kept all the staff and the long serving Head Cook Dawn Cartwright who has been instrumental in the consistency of providing exceptional quality homemade food for 20years.
We are renowned on TripAdvisor/Facebook and various other review sites for exceptional food quality casks ales and extremely friendly staff.
We host two popular Quizzes a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 9pm.
Tammy and her team look forward to welcoming you to the West End house.
